More Show than Substance!
Once again a blind buy, because I have a weakness for beautiful bottles! The bottle is truly stunning! Inside the perforated outer bottle is a vial with perfume oil for dabbing.
I'm not really dissatisfied with the scent, but it's not a knockout either. It starts with a mild citrus note that soon gives way to a rather indefinable, slightly creamy "clean scent note." Quite pleasant but a bit "colorless." The scent does not strike me as oriental. No wonder, as there are no typical notes like oud, rose, spices, woods, etc. present.
The longevity on my skin is unfortunately only moderate.
I cannot understand the classification as a men's fragrance! I bought it online as a women's perfume and it is also suggested as such here. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding. But ultimately, these classifications are irrelevant for most of us anyway!
Conclusion: I do not regret the purchase at all! The bottle fully compensates my collector's heart! But I wouldn't buy it again just for the scent alone!
