in brevity lies the spice...
... this saying refers only to the manageable list of ingredients, as the longevity of Fig Leaf & Sage is exceptionally good on me.

Finally, a spicy, aromatic scent that comes across pleasantly herbaceous but not bitter.

So, in the best sense unisex, as it will not scare off the feminine wearer.
Nor will it deter the emancipated gentleman who appreciates the softness of the fragrance.

Bergamot and lemon provide subtle freshness and harmonize well with the mild sage-thyme blend.
The fig leaf adds a rich green note that gives the fragrance further distinctiveness without weighing it down.

Nevertheless, Fig Leaf is not lacking in expressiveness - with a tendency towards nature and yet a touch of landlord/landlady elegance.

A Burberry trench, adorned with dog hair, paired with rubber boots would suit its appearance well.

The fragrance harmonizes perfectly with my dog-walking outfit, in any case.
Or it accompanies me on the bloodless fox hunting ride - of course without real foxes.

Interesting Summer Scent with No Notable Development
A nice summer scent that can apparently only be liked or hated.

Just as the short list of fragrance notes suggests, it is very simple.
In my opinion, there is no significant development to be perceived in any of the 4 Aromatic Blends (which doesn’t have to be a bad thing).

It is more to be understood as a body mist and only gains notable longevity when combined with the corresponding body lotion.
It slightly reminds me of Acqua di Parma's Fico di Amalfi, although Fig Leaf & Sage lacks a bit of the lemony freshness.

A very "clear" scent, with components that are distinctly recognizable.
Nice for a quick refresh between tasks.
For a little piece of southern France in between ;D

Not without. Sweet creamy fig gives way to a slightly prickly smoky green note. Initially sharp and spicy, later warm and mild. Ascetic aura.

A predominantly sweet-green fig scent with a gourmand (coconut?) touch, but in the background, the herbaceous green spices of sage and thyme.
