Sweetened condensed milk with metallic undertone
I just received a sample of this and when first testing it smells like sour or curdled milk, to the point that my nose feels like it's cottage cheese.
I waited about 30 minutes, and it turned more lactonic and sweet. The smell changed into a can of sweetened condensed milk, but still kept some of the curdling - just maybe a bit more metallic in undertone than sour.
It's not something that I love so far, especially when the opening smells so curdled. But I'll let it sit for a few months (like another reviewer suggested) and see what happens!
