Coffee lover

I'm not really a big fan of coffee fragrances, but 27 in Macao won me over from the very first moment.

I discovered it by chance because it was included as a sample in an order and since then I couldn't get it out of my head!
The combination of the coffee and lychee in the top note still blows me away like the first time.

Since it joined my collection, I've been wearing it 2-3 times a week... especially at work in the office. But I can also imagine wearing it for all kinds of occasions.

With time came the joy

27 in Macao didn't really appeal to me the first time I tested it. I found the start too unrounded. The spiciness from the coffee was just too much for me and didn't match the rest of the fragrance. In the meantime, however, this has changed quite a bit and this shows once again that you should definitely give fragrances several chances.

Although the fragrance starts with its absolutely great fruity elements, it also has this spicy facet to it.
The coffee acts as a spicy clock together with the cardamom accord.

For me, this spiciness has certain parallels to Last Call To Ibiza from the same house. The Last Call To Ibiza by LEN also had this spicy side, but also noticeably citrusy facets, as well as a certain sweet creaminess from the sandalwood and caramel. This fragrance also had a certain fruity quality, but the 27 in Macao is clearly more fruity and definitely puts its main focus on that. In general, the 27 in Macao also plays this kind of spiciness somewhat milder in my opinion and it ultimately harmonizes well with the fruitiness.

This combination works really well for me all year round.
It will probably tend to show off its strengths better in spring or summer, but it is also super easy to wear in fall or winter.

The main accords for my impressions are mandarin, coffee, cardamom, peach and musk.

I would classify the fragrance as unisex. The performance is surprisingly good. I was honestly waiting for less.

All in all, it's a fragrance that you can test out.
I really like it now.
