When Pride Fades

Herb and proud stands the tuberose, defying the wind.
She faces her fading with melancholy.
Lavender comforting joins her side.
Quietly, almost secretly, he brushes over her flower head.
Then it happens: The first petals detach. A gust of wind carries them away.
With them, pride also dissipates. Sadly, she bows her head.
Lavender opens his hand. The scent of the white-glowing petals mixes with his violet.
Tuberose allows it. Calmly, she releases her bloom. A gentle breeze catches the fragrant petals and carries them like a garland to the dancing girl on the beach. From afar, soft sounds of a ukulele can be heard.

Dear Floyd, thank you very much for your inspiring review (for which this review serves as a backstory) and the opportunity to get to know the fragrance.

I actually wanted to write something myself, but your picture left a lasting impression on me, and I'm sticking with the nutty shell note. Thanks again.

You dance beautifully together, @Floyd and you. I’m a note from Floyd's nut shell instrument, joining the petals dancing in the breeze, marveling at their soothing play. You are a healer.

Tuberoses give me headaches quickly, but in your story, it's so soft and gentle.

@Genoveva: At first, you really have to handle a strong dose. After that, it becomes really pleasant. Thank you for your response!

Read the continuation in Floyd's review. The serenity in letting go brings forth a dancing floral garland..
Thank you for reading!

Let the petals go, tuberose. For every one that flies away, two new ones will grow for you.

Oh, you know, in Floyd's review, the girl is dancing with the flower crown, and I really like that! Everything just keeps going...
