Sunbathing in Grandma's Garden

The scent begins with a lovely fresh sunscreen note, which quickly competes with a lush and dominant floral note for supremacy. In the end, the flowers are somewhat pushed back, but for me, there remains a feeling of sunburn and discomfort. This is what it feels like to sunbathe in complete stillness in Grandma's garden.

Unfortunately no resemblance to Delial from the 70s

Here is a quite nice sunscreen scent detectable, but personally, I find it too floral for a sunscreen fragrance. I don't know if it's too many lily of the valley and violets, but I find it a bit overwhelming as a summer scent.
This is probably also because I was expecting to get a Delial scent.

It is creamy and quickly becomes quite powdery, but in my opinion, it unfortunately has nothing in common with the Delial from the 70s. I really wished it did, especially since there are still shower gels, shower scrubs, body sprays, hand creams, etc. of this scent available.
What I find very positive, however, is that all products from the Summer at Sea series are free from silicones, parabens, PEGs, paraffin, and colorants.
Unfortunately, this scent is just not really my scent.

Also, the longevity of the Summer at Sea fragrance leaves much to be desired. With Delial, you could still enjoy the beautiful scent even after bathing.
With Summer at Sea, the scent disappears after just about 2 hours, and without bathing or even touching water at all...
For me, unfortunately, there is no resemblance to the Delial scent from the 70s.
