I am an old-school wet shaver and always on the lookout for new, but also old, aftershave waters. Of course, you also come across store brands in drugstores that offer very decent performance in many areas for a small price.
I like to use various Isana products from the drugstore with my razor. In the shaving category, I first tested the Isana Aftershave Balm Sensitive, extremely inexpensive to purchase, very good in terms of care properties, and more or less the only balm I use.
My test of Dark Ocean was less satisfactory. The price is okay, but the application is less convincing for me. The scent is not necessarily what I'm looking for; I find it a bit musty and not refreshing at all. The sillage and longevity are also rather thin. I can't recognize any care properties; it is one of the usual alcohol bombs.
Conclusion: It's doable, perhaps a possibility for beginners, but one shouldn't expect too much. I take the bottle with me when traveling; if it happens to fall or gets forgotten, I can live with that.
Alternatives: In terms of price, you might want to check out Wilkinson or Cuba. A real value-for-money tip for me would be the Hattric Aftershave, 200 ml that are a lot of fun and hardly any more expensive.
