Free spirits
The perfume starts warm and spicy with ripe bergamot and neroli, iris powders the other bright flowers, cloves and cinnamon are lightly wafted in... sandalwood, fine leather and patch intertwine balsamically. The cat scurries past briefly. The perfume radiates a warm, soft aura.
After 6 hours, styrax, musk and a drop of honey lie cultivated on the moss carpet.
Time for a good book
The fragrance is still perceptible after 12 hours.
PS: I carefully detached the ribbon from the lid, carefully removed the old, sticky stopper and applied it. I think the bottle is an original from around 1935.
I cannot confirm the statement that Risque Tout was sold on the American market under Tweed, the two fragrances are far too different for that.
I see Risque tout more in the salon, where the cultivated, life-affirming society of 1935 is talking its head off..
