Pure, clean and simple
This is a floral, clean skin musk that oscillates somewhere between body cream and powder. The name is very fitting, it's definitely a pure and simple scent.
I was surprised to see amber and cedarwood in the notes list. I would have guessed this had more floral and powdery notes, maybe some iris or something like that, but nothing woodsy or overly warm. It's a slightly soapy and slightly sweet scent. Not old school, but a classic white musk, not the modern scratchy kind.
To me personally this is nice and pleasant, but maybe a bit pointless to have. It just doesn't stand out as much from other white musks. As it often is the case, will surely hit the perfect spot for someone else. Especially if they're looking for something that is neither completely creamy, nor too dry. All in all it's a solid release for white musk lovers.
