Allotment garden longing
After spraying on the scent, I immediately sit in a small allotment in front of the hut and take a deep sip of my grapefruit lemonade. But work calls and I quickly put the citrus mixture away and make my way to the beds - the tomatoes are my pride and joy!
I pluck the leaves a little and am immediately struck by the green scent, which has little to do with the fruity, meaty smell of the tomato, but is almost a little tart. After I've plucked a few leaves and the smell is almost too bitter and green, I go over to my roses.
They are not yet in full bloom, the rose bush is still very green, but has many buds and a few have already opened. The roses in this garden are of the Eau Rose Eau de Parfum variety, so I'm already enjoying the buds.
At the end of my day in the garden, I stand at the gate and let my gaze wander: The roses still smell softly to me, the patchouli from the neighbor wafts to me and after all the garden work my clothes smell a bit like earth.
For me, the fragrance delivers everything the name promises, the tomato leaf note is not the highlight of the fragrance for me now, but it makes it quite interesting and somehow even more fitting to the garden theme than a purely floral fragrance would have been. The note is really dominant at times, but then fades away almost completely and gives way to a great, green rose that I really like.
Fortunately, I ordered a larger bottle straight away, so I can think about it in peace and try it out more often to decide whether to buy the fragrance or not.
