The very tough Poseidon l.
It's that time again. 13:33 and I unscrew the lid. A spray on the neck, the new atomizer (wooden lid) from DUA finally distributes the fragrance evenly and more densely. But it feels more like a powerful blow.
Apple, pineapple, birch, red pepper and a hell of a lot of bergamot. Boy does it pack a punch. No sweetness, no lightness. Pure power and green freshness.
After 5 minutes, it has settled, and I slowly get the notes apart. The bergamot recedes slightly, giving way to birch and pineapple. No smoke, and only some patchouli and ambergris to tame it.
An hour later, it is much more balanced. And it is one of the most masculine fresh fragrances I know. No sophistication but well-balanced, calm dominance. Not obtrusive, but incredibly present.
Of all the batches and the original, this is the most striking. And tough as nails.
Not for the office, but for salary negotiations.
Less for the gym, better for a boxing match.
Nothing to attract attention....but that doesn't matter. You do it anyway.
