I'm not a dictionary!
Lei by Officine del Profumo is a women's fragrance that, of course, I still don't know. However, some statements here indicate that it is supposed to smell like Tocade by Rochas. That's already a good reference point, right?
Wrong!
Well, maybe for some it is… but: I, on the other hand, don't know Tocade either, argh :DD
There's probably only one thing left to do: Apply the fragrance (ah, how lucky I am that I can test it at home, in peace and away from female gazes!) and form my own opinion about it. Just like I always do here. So often that I can hardly remember how all the tested fragrances actually smelled. When someone comes along and asks how this or that scent would smell, then I'm lost…!!!
For most, I only know that they were great or *ugh-ugh*… but how exactly they smelled, I only really remember with the fragrances that truly convinced me.
It's kind of like having studied biology and someone digs up some worm from the deepest depths of the earth that doesn't look like a earthworm and then asks you to identify the little creature… because everyone assumes that as a biologist, you would be a walking dictionary and thus know every creature on earth! :D Tsss…
Oh well, back to the fragrance!
No, as I said, I have no idea how Tocade smells :D
At the beginning, I smell very sweet jasmine with oranges and roses. The fragrance also seems to be powdery, which often makes the scent softer.
The patchouli, which is already quite strong, seems almost a bit out of place with its earthy note, as it somehow (not yet?) doesn't quite fit with the loosely sweet floral scent. However, this doesn't last too long, as the patchouli soon recedes. Whether it will return stronger in the base remains to be seen.
In any case, the fragrance later mainly smells sweet from the jasmine, floral from the roses (and seemingly also other floral notes), and still powdery. Somehow, the whole thing also has a very clean, almost soapy undertone, which makes the fragrance come across as very clean and pure.
I find that later in the base, the fragrance mainly smells floral-sweet. Oakmoss is hardly noticeable, vanilla is more active in the background, and the amber makes the scent a little sweeter. And the patchouli is detectable, but it is not as strong as I had feared.
The longevity is also quite okay, so you can smell the fragrance for eight, nine, or ten hours.
Okay, now I know this fragrance too.
And tomorrow, I will definitely have forgotten it again. And that, even though I rated the fragrance with at least eight points, which means quite good for me!
Okay, I usually put particularly beautiful or distinctive fragrances in my lists here so that I don't forget them, but eventually, as I said, I forget the scent progression itself a little *sigh*
Should I be ashamed of being a Parfumo? Especially as someone who spams everything here,… oops I meant writes so many comments? Oh,… you surely don't know all the fragrances so precisely that you've tested (especially a long time ago), do you? And woe to you if you lie now!! :D
In any case, you should remember this fragrance here if you like sweet and slightly floral scents with jasmine and rose that are supposed to smell clean and pure. For me, the perfume is more of an all-rounder, as I can't pin it down to a specific season. It is suitable for daytime use, leisure, and even going out (since you can always reapply it if it should weaken over time).
I really liked it,… and yes, maybe you already suspect it: I am adding it to my list of (in my opinion) good women's fragrances :)

The scent:

The sillage and longevity:
The projection is quite okay, not particularly strong, but also not weak. Thus, it is detectable at a normal distance for some time. The longevity is also quite okay, so you can smell the fragrance for eight, nine, or ten hours.
The bottle:
The bottle is rectangular and shiny white (I believe you can't see the inside of the bottle here). On the front, there is a vertical pink stripe that looks like a label, as the name of the fragrance is visible on it. The cap is T-shaped and gold-plated. It looks simple, but somehow fits well with the clean scent due to its simplicity. Okay, now I know this fragrance too.
And tomorrow, I will definitely have forgotten it again. And that, even though I rated the fragrance with at least eight points, which means quite good for me!
