A Precious Remnant from the Valley of the Kings
It's funny that this is the first comment here, but this fragrance is an absolute exotic in my collection. I shelled out a few euros for it back then, but it was worth it. It comes in a much more beautiful bottle, which has already been described here. I can't judge which one has the better scent. I have this one, and even acquiring it was adventurous enough, many years ago from Kuwait... It's a fragrance that I only wear on very special occasions. It is so extraordinary and unique that I find it hard to find the right, fitting words.
Floral - oriental is a broad term, for me it is much more.
It starts citrusy - green and fresh, but right after that, flowers follow in true splendor and very strong. I am intoxicated.
Now come benzoin, heliotrope, and something like desert sand-animalic.
A bit of bright wood.
Along with a dark vanilla - musk - mixture and somehow I also smell a bit of oud.
The whole thing is sooo stunning and, in my opinion, sooo SEXY.
Somehow it reminds me of Amanda Lear - the rugged mysterious beauty.

This fragrance is so unique, and I follow it. But only at certain times, and it reminds me, like so many of my fragrances, of my youth and that unknown, exciting time from the Valley of the Kings - transported to another world.
