The shadow side
We don't always know why a perfume was made and what intuition was hidden behind it when it was created. Some fragrances are supposed to awaken beautiful memories of distant countries. Others should seduce or touch. Many of them are made out of love and many out of memories of people and certain situations. Some have also been made for personal use and for a very special purpose. This also happened with Johanna Venables. She created Nadir for only one reason...to protect herself and camouflage herself from other people!
Nadir
A strong note of camphor immediately receives the first contact in the top note. Mentholy and almost fresh, medicinal and bitter. To take a deep breath before diving into the depths of a dark cosmos. The descent into the unknown is accompanied by light nuances of bitter green cardamom. Quietly and subtly he begins his transformation to what he should become. Dark tones of earthy-moist patchouli run through nadir like a network of veins and capillaries. A slight impression of dark cocoa can be seen. Strong tones of smoky leather encases Nadir like a protective, heavy glove whose seams were sewn with resinous holy myrrh. Created to touch, but not to be touched. This impression is becoming more and more firmly established in the base note. The scent is finally covered with oily, shimmering, mineral, black tar, which in turn is coupled with the protective and animal power of the castoreum. A warm-herb vanilla chord serves only to convey a sense of security and to enhance the feeling of security. The protective blackness is born!
Conclusion
Nadir is a black star. It's the blackest star Johanna could ever make, and she made it for herself to protect herself from the world out there. If you see Johanna Venables you know why! She's a very attractive creature! She created Nadir to camouflage herself and protect herself out there. Nadir covers the wearer with blackest darkness but protects his innermost self. Nadir has outwardly the surface of an extinct, gloomy star which trembles deep under the oily-black crust full of pulsating power and beauty. It symbolizes the shadow side of a star and the absolute sille with itself. Homemade loneliness made to see other stars shine but not be seen. With Nadir you certainly don't become invisible, but he helps you to keep your distance, to reduce your fears and to stay the thought for yourself in your own cosmos.
I can understand them very well!
Fascinating!
