The Blend O Boticário 2019

The Blend is a sweet dating fragrance that is perfectly made for the evening. It comes across as sweet, warm, and spicy, conceptually leaning heavily towards the masculine "dating fragrances" of Jean Paul Gaultier and Paco Rabanne. You can definitely notice quality differences, especially in projection / sillage.

Right upon spraying, you get warm cinnamon with sweet amber and spicy nutmeg. Cinnamon, amber, benzoin, and nutmeg essentially create the ultimate winter dating vibe. Absolutely suitable for a blind buy and a real crowd-pleaser.

With its moderate, rather subtle sillage, I would say it is also wearable in spring and summer - especially because it has a spicier, more masculine edge (probably the black pepper). Perfectly mass-appealing and lovely to wear at any time. Compliment magnet potential, provided you spray enough. It also has a fruity-floral aspect that I perceive, but I can't quite pinpoint what it is. It might be the iris that comes across as fruity-floral in combination with the cinnamon and amber. A very nice fragrance!
