Dark chocolate
Surprised I realized yesterday that I had already tested "Corte Belfiore" three years ago. I did not notice that with my sample order, as well as the first spray.

However, the prelude is still (unfortunately) quite tangy. Aromatic rum I can not recognize. If the alcohol has evaporated, but then follows a very tasty dark chocolate with plum aroma. The plum disappears within the first hour and the chocolate reveals itself to be spicy, creamy and still dark. This is very high quality good chocolate, the kind I like and indulge in from time to time. With 70% cocoa, spices and vanilla, it is gently spicy-vanilla. The specified flowers do not reach me, and I can also make out nothing resinous, woody or smoky from the incense and sandalwood.

"Corte Belfiore" is for me an unsweet gourmand fragrance for autumn and winter. The sillage is medium, the durability good and in my opinion CB is clearly unisex.

I already have a nice chocolate fragrance in the collection. Should this be used up at some point, "Corte Belfiore" could be the successor.

Addendum: For me in no case a twin fragrance of Tom Ford's "Black Orchid".

P. S.: How did I actually come up with rum? But alcohol in any case...
