Dolce vita

My first fragrance that I have tested from this brand. The very clear fragrance pyramid made me curious. I am a fresh girl and like citrus notes. But please, without the fizzy vibes. And I love vanilla. But not too sweet, please. So I was skeptical. The fragrance is classified as gourmand. And sweet. Both rather difficult for me. In addition, the brand seems to be known for the fact that the fragrances have a really long shelf life and sillage. For many, this is certainly an advantage, but for me it was rather off-putting. I have to say, the fragrance had me immediately. With skin and hair. Starts with soooo delicious, sweetish lemon, but by no means with sugar shock. The vanilla resonates from the beginning and softens the citrus note, taking away any detergent associations. As the fragrance progresses, the citrus note recedes and the beautiful vanilla remains. Pleasant, not too sweet, really perfect. Smells like wonderfully sweet and sunny vacation days in the south. Longevity is actually very good, 12 hours for me easily, but after about 5 hours close to the skin. Sillage is also good, but not overwhelming, I have only received positive feedback (mmmmmh you smell like lemon cake with vanilla ice cream).
After my bottle was emptied in record time, I'll probably be moving into a bottle. I think this will be one of my favorite spring fragrances. But I can also imagine wearing it in summer, dosed a little more sparingly.
