Prada Infusion de Rose

It's a little sharp and green in the opening with the Mandarin, Neroli and Galbanum but also fresh. Then it dries and mellows into a beautiful creamy , powdery and pungent Rosie soap with a little peppery edge. Very feminine and soft

A classy bouquet

Another wonderful infusion by Prada:
I was expecting the classic rose , instead I smelled a wonderful and very classy bouquet with citrusy and powdery accents . Very refined, modern and pleasant. Soft and elegant as a silk shirt .Recommended for classy women of all ages. The price is very high, but the quality too.

I was going to write a statement…

… but I exceed the character limit.

Starts off a bit too much like potpourri but after 30 minutes the dry down is divine. I was expecting some of the powdery iris which I love from l’Homme & iris cedre, but it doesn’t have either to my nose.

Quite feminine. I think I could still pull it off as a man, but I wouldn’t feel like wearing it often enough to justify a purchase. Can’t stop sniffing my arm though.

What a wonderful, clean, and fresh scent, my clean girl heart skips a beat. No trace of stuffiness, heaviness, or being outdated. Not a complicated or complex fragrance. I like simple scents; long lists of numerous fragrance notes rather scare me off. And yes, it does have a soapy quality, but nothing sharp. Soft, clean, freshly showered and moisturized. Nothing pokes or clashes. Longevity is fantastic on me; I can still smell it after 12 hours. Sillage is hard to say; I find it quite "non-perfumey," as it simply smells super clean and freshly washed. It works anytime, day or night, in any season. Listed as unisex, but I can hardly imagine it on a man, especially since the bottle with its gentle pink is rather typically feminine. But of course, everyone should wear what they like.

Blind purchase because I love rose scents and Infusion d'Iris. Same citrusy opening as Iris, followed by a soft, powdery rose. Love it.
