Ladies and Gentlemen.

You have acquired a perfume from the house of Rancé, and we congratulate you on that, as we have a rich tradition and have been delighting our customers with the finest scents for 400 years, and since 1795 we have dedicated ourselves entirely to perfumery. If you are expecting something sweet here, you are mistaken; please turn to a gourmet temple or directly to the Oracle of Delphi, but since the priestesses there are constantly smoking something, that might mislead you as well.
Therefore, we provide some important application tips:
1. Please apply the fragrance directly over your pulse points. Do not rub your forearms together, as that generates heat and destroys the fragrance molecules; moreover, it can lead to a puff that disassembles the slightly bitter aromas of our citrus fruits. Thank you.
2. To support the development of the heart note and to give roses, magnolias, and nutmeg enough space, we recommend throwing open the window and waving your arms towards the street. In doing so, you may inspire passersby to a spontaneous flash mob. Please play "Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee" in the background.
3. When the base note appears - and that takes a few hours - you can sing "A little resin must be!" We did not add powder, as we were lacking musk and iris.

We wish you great success with our creation, and in case of doubt, please consult the Oracle of Delphi.

This is THE scent for royal and political balcony appearances. When you need to wave with prestige! The Oracle of Delphi has closed down due to a shortage of skilled workers, just like many other small businesses these days... it's a shame, after all, there was never a boring answer!

I already have an oracle here at home. However, it mostly just talks to itself. Asking it questions won't work! But the scent might just do the trick!.. ;)

Hmmm, orange blossom. But probably too sweet for me.

A lot of instructions and fuss about this Laetitia! Way too complicated for me; I'd rather find a simpler girlfriend!

Oh, I actually like that there's no powder in it. I can only advise against the Oracle at Delphi; it's always so unclear in its statements... But the scent definitely calls for a spot on my wishlist.
