Green Vanille Régime des Fleurs 2025 Eau de Parfum

Herbal Medicinal Vanilla
Regime des Fleurs is probably one of my favorite houses ever, they are so imaginative and really all of their creations are divine.
As I understand it the creator Alia is not really into vanillas or gourmands for the same reasons I am. I have a really hard time with these fragrances, as often they're too sweet and too sugary, which I understand is a lot of the attraction, but sometimes I want to smell sweet, but without suffocating myself.
Green Vanille is the perfect vanilla for people who are not into sugary sweet fragrances. I will say that if you are expecting a straightforward fragrance that highlights vanilla this probably isn't for you and if you hate herbal or medicinal scents also probably not for you. Green Vanille is really a chamomile fragrance to me, it's sweet, slightly earthy, floral and herbaceous. The almond milk and hazelnut give it a little creaminess and a little nutty oomf, but by no means does it smell like either specifically. Benzoin and woods make it sweet and dry, but not sugary. Of course there is vanilla in this, but its so masterfully blended into a smooth herbal remedy, its really calming, while still being a flattering intriguing scent.
I definitely wouldn't wear it in the summer because I think it's still sweet and creamy enough to be a little much in the hottest months of the year, but Fall/Winter/Spring I wear this all the time.
