First, I want to say something about the scent itself.
It starts with a synthetic rum note, along with tuberose.
In the background, there is a sticky sweet peach.
Somewhere in there, musk is also hiding.
It begins synthetically creamy and develops into a sweet, floral direction. After just a few minutes, the scent is in the dry down and hardly changes anymore. There is no time for that.
It vanishes faster than sand in the wind.
In terms of scent, it’s nothing new. A bit floral, fresh with slight gourmand vibes.
It somewhat reminds me of Daisy Dream Eau de Toilette.
It feels like a cheap copy of that.
Most closely, it reminds me of any fabric softener labeled "Summer Blossom" or "Flower Dream".
It was released as part of the Dream Collection. Unfortunately, the scent is anything but dreamy.
0815 DNA that everyone has smelled many times before.
You can get something like this for a tenth of the price in any drugstore in eight variations.
What a shame…. Rituals has always had a relatively pleasing scent. There was never really anything for me, though.
Cloudscape unfortunately goes in a direction that I don’t like.
Sillage and longevity are underground
After 30 minutes, there is a synthetic homogeneous mush that everyone has smelled before.
No scent that makes someone ask: "Wow, what is that?"
Overall, a sadly deserved 5.5/10
