Aquatic Refinement Meets Mediterranean Elegance

What a fascinating balance between refreshing aquatic notes and warm sensuality! Simone Andreoli's latest creation from the Timeless Nomad collection truly captures the feeling of limitless freedom - like gliding over turquoise waves with the wind as your only companion.
The opening is downright euphoric: Bergamot and green apple meet aquatic lotus flower and radiant neroli - a composition that instantly evokes vacation vibes. Yet here, Andreoli's signature is already evident: What initially seems like a typical summer scent quickly develops surprising depth and complexity.
The heart is really wonderful: The crystalline accord with its salty, mineral nuances truly brings to mind the spray of breaking waves before your inner eye, without becoming clichédly aquatic. Salty, fresh, but also warm and inviting.
The drydown then surprises with: Tonka bean, vanilla, and cedarwood create a creamy base that recalls sun-warmed skin after a day at the beach. Even vanilla skeptics can enjoy this, as it is never overpowering but perfectly integrated into the aquatic concept.
My conclusion: I usually find aquatic fragrances quite challenging. But Kite in Cristal Reef is not a superficial beach scent; rather, it is a thoughtful, emotional journey between freshness and warmth. Andreoli once again demonstrates his knack for extraordinary compositions that work both during the day and in the evening. The parallels to Uden or Sculpture Homme Eau de Toilette are undeniable. Nevertheless: Perfect for anyone who loves aquatic fragrances but wants more than the usual mainstream clichés.
