Creamy pistachio ice cream - a niche candidate.
For me, Ikar is not a men's fragrance, but rather a women's fragrance.
On my skin it smells creamy and soft, reminds me of the new Hermes Un jardin a cythere, but not nearly as citrusy in the top note but rather gentle from the start and the carrot seeds, which add a distinct spiciness, make Ikar almost a niche candidate!
Although there are no pistachios, I associate this fragrance very much with the fine but oily scent of pistachios.
Unfortunately, as harmonious as I find everything about this fragrance to be, there is a note that, depending on the temperature, is sometimes simply reminiscent of that classic citrus toilet cleaner theme. Some days I can fade it out, but on others it's just very dominant. All in all, a great fragrance that might not cause this problem on a different skin.
