So-So Honeysuckle

A slightly sour note arises in the heart of this perfume. Not sure what it is. It does fade after a bit. The Honeysuckle is there and not too sweet, along with a hint of green. This is just not the most beautiful honeysuckle I've ever smelled, but it's okay.

Flower-Embellished Kid from Italy

Caprifoglio comes across to me as a floral, very slightly woody scent. I can clearly recognize the bergamot at the beginning. Honeysuckle is definitely present, but something is pushing forward... Jasmine? For a brief moment, I think: there is some note in there that irritates me a bit, what could it be? The jasmine? I sometimes have a little trouble with jasmine, but that's not the case with every jasmine fragrance! ("A la Nuit" by Lutens really converted me to jasmine! - Comment to follow). Or is it the cedar? But the irritation passes quickly for me!

I find the label pretty-nostalgic and the price-performance ratio is definitely right!
