Scent progression differently intense/ "Are you wearing another fragrance again?" - Contrasts of a scent/ deserves more attention
When I ordered from the Pomadeshop "Green After Shave | Don Draper / Dapper Dan," I added this fragrance to my cart out of curiosity and at an affordable price, alongside the Dapper Dan pomade. What is very interesting is that according to Parfumo, the fragrance is discontinued; is this a reissue or leftover stock?
Let's talk about the first impression - Green-Herbaceous-Herbal, sprinkled with damp moss in the background, a deep smokiness - the scent conveys something fresh and simultaneously heavy.
I like these impressions; it could be a matter of taste, but I really enjoy it - and then...
... after several hours, I suddenly smell a change; the fragrance takes on a warming quality, becoming creamy, with deep facets, sweet and slightly spicy.
A completely different mood and effect of the fragrance - such a transformation is truly astonishing.
At first, I thought: "Did you spray something else?"
An additional insight: when I chose the fragrance again the next time and it was in the second phase, my mom asked me: "Are you wearing another fragrance again?" - it's really fascinating.
Price-performance is simply top-notch - due to the affordable price, it could potentially serve as a gift.
Always wearable; however, one should clarify beforehand that there is this change in the scent progression, as it could be positively confusing, and both phases in the scent progression are very well received. The second phase is more "mainstream suitable," but the first phase also seems to captivate.
It truly deserves more attention; given the price-performance, it is definitely worth a test.
