Manhattan Leather The Gate 2015

Herb-woody leather scent, but there are hardly any other components to uncover. It remains two-dimensional without depth. Solid.

Slightly bitter, rough, herbal resin, wood and leather. The composition feels unfinished to me and the scent lacks that special something.

Starts herbal, spicy. Then becomes woody, resinous. In the base, a lot of wood and something metallic. Leather is unfortunately missing for me.

oud-dominated leather scent with a hint of carrot, that's what I say.

I'm not a leather fan, but I actually like this one. It's not an overpowering leather scent, but beautifully woven into the other notes.
