Elegant and classy orange
I love citrus scents but most of them are best suited for casual days outdoors, sports or business. Stella stands out in the citrus scents category as in addition to being refreshing, pleasant and bright; it is also chic, modern and elegant. There is something about this scent that is very classy. I love wearing Stella to summer parties when I dress up a bit. It is light and perfectly refreshing for warm days but it is also very graceful and stylish.

The scent opens with lovely and juicy orange. The orange smells very natural to me. It is like cutting fresh orange and squeezing the juice out of it. The scent is centered on the orange but it is not flat or too casual. I think what makes this composition special is the soft floral notes gently painted on the orange palette. The freesia is not overpowering but rather pleasant and fresh. Orchids are gentle and dreamy and the lily is soft. The notes perfectly complement each other creating romantic and tender scent. The scent remains similar in the base but there is a nice layer of soft musk in addition to gentle orange-floral. The scent is not overpowering and lasts for 5-6 hours.

I love this simple, beautiful and elegant blood orange scent with the soft floral notes. Perfect for summer and spring. Definitely recommend.

Simple Blood Orange Elegance
As someone who has consumed large volumes of blood orange products, including Loring blood orange soda and Ciao Bella blood orange sorbet, it seems appropriate that I should take an interest in Tocca STELLA eau de parfum, which boasts blood orange as a primary note.

The entire Tocca line exhibits a governing aesthetic of simple elegance. The bottles are beautiful to behold and to hold, and the perfumes offer niche-quality notes in pleasing and accessible compositions. STELLA is no exception to the rule. Blood orange is, as advertised, the focal point of this perfume, with the other notes contributing harmonically to a very lovely citrus-floral olfactory experience. Neither loud nor cloying, this is a well-measured, natural-smelling creation. Simple but nice. In that respect, just like Ciao Bella blood orange sorbet and Lorina blood orange soda, only in a floralized fragrance format!

I find Tocca body products to be generously scented and to offer much better longevity than the edps (which seem more like edts to me...). A propos: in these eco-conscious times, it would be extremely kind of Tocca to offer screw tops to their lovely 50 ml bottles and to make larger volume refills available. Alternatively, they could increase the perfume concentration of the edp so that the small bottles would last longer. Just a couple of ideas for any marketers who may be lurking around these parts...

a nice gift for someone who doesn't care to know anything about perfume but who just wants to smell nice without thinking too much about it
Stella from Tocca is a fragrance that I have probably received about a million samples of over the years and which I have been strangely resistant to trying. I was convinced that it was going to be a really boring, conventional sort of scent, though I’m not really sure what I was basing that on. Probably because the majority of these samples came from Sephora, and on the interesting-o-meter, most perfumes from there score pretty low for me. Stella…is not necessarily bland or boring, but I will say it’s not my thing. It’s very pretty, in a starter-scent way. I don’t mean for young people, necessarily, but I don’t not mean them, either. Maybe just for someone who doesn’t yet know what they like. A sparkling fruity-floral with notes of milky peach Calpico and blood orange San Pellegrino and watery freesia that dries down to the scent of what I recall teenage girls spritzing in the bathroom between classes to freshen up, a sort of citrusy-powdery-soapiness. Before it reaches that point though, it’s got this soft, shimmering watercolor quality that reminds me of certain pieces of contemporary fantasy art: flowers and fairies and young maidens and probably a unicorn just outside the canvas, yet to be coaxed forth by an innocent and guileless hand.

Young Italian beauty...
Stella is a classical fresh and spicy scent for a mature and confident ladies.
The opening is really fresh and citruslike.
The blood orange is noticeable and the bitter orange too,
i like the smell of blood orange it's so delicious and juicy-fruity.
The background is full of woods and flowers.
You have this fresh and playfull scent which is underscores
by the mature and clasical woody floral scent,
which reminds me a lot of "Colette".
The spicy lily and white freesia harmonised good with the cirtus notes,
it gives character to this scent.
The perfume itself is not overwhelming and it last a long time.

Cottagecore girlies are gunna loooove this
As someone who’s more adventurous with perfumes, someone who would rather smell like a dusty, abandoned church than a water lily, I have to say this smells wonderful.
I bought it as part of a sample set for my girlfriend, and I honestly didn’t expect to love the orange note since I’m not usually a citrus fan. But this one surprised me in the best way.
It reminds me of the countryside where I grew up. It feels like Maine lakes in the spring, cool, soft, and inviting all at once. There’s something nostalgic about it, like going to the flea market or the county bargain fair. It smells familiar in a way that’s hard to explain but really comforting.
It doesn’t last forever, but when it speaks, it really speaks.
It feels super feminine to me, like women in sun hats and long dresses.
I really like it.

Beautiful, sweet citrus on a bed of delicate flowers. Stella is as bright as her name and wraps you round her finger.

Sparkling orange soda. Not Fanta, but the fancy carbonated orange juice in a tall glass bottle

Sugared orange rock candy smell, fresh, punchy, with the slightest touch of vanilla. A bit juvenile.

Simple and sweet orange. Pleasant but not attractive enough to buy again.

Sparkling, juicy, bittersweet orange. Unapologetically Italian. Smells like something Mona Lisa from My Cousin Vinny would wear.

My favorite citrusy scent, sweet and juicy, a little bit of zesty bitterness, not very long lasting

A lovely orange citrus start, but the dry down didn’t agree with me. It turned a bit “sweaty”. You can find better value elsewhere.

A fruity orange and floral scent with subtle powderiness and yes, a hint of aquatic note that sets it apart from the crowd.

Aquatic notes with blood orange and bitter orange.
With a bouquet of lilies and freesias.
Fresh and rebellious sparkling notes.
Summer in Italy.
