My Honey Toni Gard 2013

This fragrance brings back memories. It was the first perfume that I bought spontaneously before my sightseeing vacation in Rome back in the summer of 2014, and I still associate this fragrance with that vacation.

"My Honey" opens with a fruity-aquatic note, in which a very tangy and refreshing lime is clearly in the foreground. Shortly afterwards, the fruitiness is wrapped in a gentle hint of honey - not intrusive, it tends to resonate in the background. This is then joined by light floral notes that round off the whole thing in a very feminine way. The finish is then a little more sensual and deeper, with a beautiful interplay of slightly sweet raspberry, musk and light woods. Overall, I find the fragrance to be very gentle, pleasant and unobtrusive.

I just wish the longevity was a little better. It lasts around 4 - 5 hours on me. The perfume is very close to the skin the whole time it is worn and melts into the wearer's skin, which I don't find to be a negative thing about this perfume in any way.
