Fragrance State of Emergency
Headline in the daily ticker of the East Westphalian Scent Cooperative:

A whole village near the Teutoburg Forest seems to be in a state of emergency. According to eyewitness reports, a blonde woman left a scent trail during her shopping trip through the village early in the morning, which led to noticeable behavior from those who crossed her path. The supermarket manager there reported that all figs, oranges, and mangoes from the fruit selection were completely bought out following the scent trail lady's visit. People were crazy for those fruits, the manager said.
The local baker reported intrusive behavior from other customers while the lady was shopping, to the extent that the “lady enveloped in a sweet, juicy scent cloud,” as the still somewhat confused baker described, was surrounded by other customers, some even with their noses directed towards the woman’s neck, prompting her to quickly stash her purchases and flee the bakery in a panic.
According to reports, the crowd followed her closely down the village street, with the postman and the milkman recounting exclamations of delight over the fresh fruitiness of oranges, the juicy-lovely presence of figs, the slight hint of green bitterness, or the gentle creaminess of flowing coconut milk.
“I’ve never seen such crazy people! They didn’t even notice the street bumps, they were so busy chasing the perfume lady!” the milkman explained when asked. But she did smell good, like a whole fruit bowl, really sunny and delicious, he added.
At the bank, the scent trail disappeared as the in-house security forces pushed the scent-ecstatic crowd out of the bank and forced them to disperse. Some people still clung to each other’s necks, trying to catch the last lingering scent molecules, according to security man Fico D., but he also drove them away from the spot in front of the bank. He had to admit, however, that the seductive fragrance indeed conjured up visions of his southern homeland in his mind's eye and put a smile on his face.

Even after hours, one can still see people wandering through the village with their noses on a sniffing mission for this enchanting scent; unfortunately, the people are not approachable, completely fixated on catching a whiff of the temptation.
However, the scent siren in the form of the lady seems to have vanished without a trace, the fragrance regrettably no longer detectable after just a few hours. Thus, she remains a scent mystery, while the village slowly returns from the scent excess to its East Westphalian everyday life.

Delicious figs, sweet figs, cute figs, fine figs, figs figs figs!
Oooh yes! Finally, a fig scent again. You know I love figs :)
I even bought fresh figs from the supermarket again, as I not only love the scent of figs but also the taste extremely!

Figs do look quite funny. I mean, okay, from the outside they are greenish-purple and have a nice, round shape (if they had eyes and a mouth, they would look like the slime figures from the Dragon Quest game series :DD). You could even slightly press these fruits, as they can get very, very soft the riper they become. And if you're not careful, the purple color sticks to your fingers for a while.

When you finally eat these fruits, you usually tear them in half. Then you get a look inside the fruit, which looks quite extraordinary… it’s almost as if you were dissecting an extraterrestrial being, ho ho ho :DD But they taste absolutely delicious nonetheless! :D

Well, anyway, I haven't had a new fig scent under my nose for a long time, so I can’t wait to test the fragrance as always. And I really hope that this scent smells wonderfully of figs, as unfortunately, there are scents where the figs smell rather stuffy.

The scent:
Ohh yes, I really like this! At the beginning, I smell figs, a little orange, and more mangoes, which also appear somewhat milky, as if the mango were in fruit ice form. Later, the mangoes are replaced by peaches, which also smell creamy-milky. The figs become a bit stronger, smelling slightly greenish, but also sweet, with the sweetness possibly coming from various fragrance notes. I would say that the sweetness mainly comes from the violets, as violets always seem powdery to me, and the scent here has a small, powdery note.
The fig, actually the prickly pear, becomes stronger a bit later and no longer smells green but distinctly riper. I also find it great that the fig smells very authentic here, which I particularly like.
The milky note I sniffed earlier, together with the mangoes and peaches, seems to come from coconut milk, as coconut notes become detectable a bit later.
Much later, the fruity notes smell quite mixed, so you can no longer distinguish them as well as at the beginning, but everything together smells wonderful. It remains sweet (now especially due to the musk), a bit powdery, and also somewhat creamy.

The sillage and longevity:
The sillage is initially moderate but surprisingly becomes stronger, even though it shouldn't last too long. Nevertheless, the projection is quite good overall, so I think you don’t necessarily have to be close to someone to smell the fragrance. The longevity is surprisingly long for a fig scent. Even though the sillage later becomes quite weak, I could still perceive the scent well at the sprayed spot even after more than ten hours.

The bottle:
The bottle has a somewhat apple-shaped, heart form and is transparent. A small part at the upper area of the bottle is chrome-plated and transitions to the spray head, finished off with a small transparent cap. The colorful label on the front shows many stylized, beautifully designed prickly pears on a blue background, alongside the fragrance name.

Oh wow, I am very excited about this scent. It could have smelled a bit more unisex, but well… it smells wonderful of figs, especially at the beginning, which also smell very authentic. Basically, I am just as enthusiastic about this scent as I am about Acqua di Parma's Fico di Amalfi, only that this one, as mentioned, smells a touch more feminine and is therefore particularly recommended for the ladies! In any case, this fig scent is one of the most beautiful scents with this fragrance note for me!

Fico d’India is great for use in spring and summer, both for daily wear and perfect for going out, as the projection is surprisingly strong for a while, and the scent lasts quite long for a fresh, fruity fragrance.

And at the beginning, it even reminds a bit of fruit ice, which could make the wearer particularly biteable… or rather lickable (because of the ice)?? I prefer to stick with biteable… lickable sounds somehow… risqué… and you all already think of me as a little, nerdy-freaky piglet… I don’t want to emphasize that impression any further!! *SIGH* :DD

Fig Temptress
I usually have a hard time with figs. But "Fico d'India" makes it very easy for me. Wonderful. A fruit basket made of fig wood, soft and sweet, round and delicious. Absolutely fantastic. And that for a very small budget. Not bad, Mr. Woodpecker!

I had never heard of Tuttotondo before, but I am glad to have this scent under my nose or rather on my wrist! It has once again proven that I should continue to give a chance to fragrance notes that I previously didn't like at regular intervals. A real value-for-money tip. Especially for fig fans.

"Fico d'India" focuses more on the lovely fruity sides of the plant, but that suits me just fine. Moist, cheerful, smiling. A positive scent for spring and summer. The mango adds a touch of exoticness, while the (coconut) milk makes everything even fluffier and softer, without becoming annoying too quickly. Very soothing and almost a bit meditative overall. Creamy and slightly feminine inclined. Fragrances hardly come across as friendlier. And for those who worry about the quality at this price (about €40 per 100 ml) - those concerns are unfounded. Everything smells high-quality enough that I would have expected to pay three times the price. People's Champion.

Bottle: there are surely prettier bottles... but it's all about the juice!
Sillage: delicate and smart
Longevity: it lasted not much more than 6 hours on me

Conclusion: for me, the most pleasant, juiciest, fruitiest, and wearable fig on the market. Or at least in the top 3. No lie, no hype. It's great. And that for just a few euros. Wow.

Summer, Sun, Fig Tree?
I became aware of this fragrance through the nice comment from Helena1411 and bought it blind without a second thought :)

Due to the lack of an "everyday" summer scent (Tom Ford's Mandarino di Amalfi is simply too precious and expensive for everyday use :) , this hint came at just the right time.

Well then, on to the fragrance experience:

For me, the scent can be divided into exactly 3 to 4 components:
The namesake fig, juicy peach, creamy coconut milk, and sensual musk.

Once sprayed on the skin, a delicious, creamy, slightly sweet scent unfolds.
The fig serves as the conductor around which all the other fragrance components are finely arranged; I am particularly surprised by the creamy coconut milk, which I can really perceive well.

Actually, I am not a fan of coconut in fragrances, as this note often comes across as very synthetic and sticky to me, but here it creates a wonderful balance with the fig.
The fig and the coconut share their spot in the sun with a very light peach note that occasionally wafts around my nose... delightful.
The musk keeps everything, as it should, in place.

One more word about the sweetness:
I would categorize the scent as unisex, with a slight tendency towards the feminine side... but never too sweet that men couldn't wear it.
It's simply a beautiful, lightly sweet-smelling summer fragrance that exudes good vibes.

The longevity is perfectly fine, the scent easily lasts 6-7 hours (even longer on clothing)
I would rate the sillage as somewhat weaker, but in my opinion, this doesn't matter much, as the price-performance ratio is simply right. (a little re-spraying won't hurt :) )

Conclusion:
If, like me, you are still looking for a summer scent for 2019, you should definitely give this fragrance a chance. It simply puts me in a good mood and radiates an effortless aura of summery joy of life.

The fragrance doesn't go wrong much (maybe the sillage), but it gets so much right... provided you like fig scents or, like me, are looking for something new.

Fig Fig?
Once again a colorful cover that looks very inviting.

With these sunny colors, it warms the heart in an Italian way.

I am looking forward to a sweet fig - but it does not show itself.
Not for now.

But the fig has only taken a run-up, and now it reaches me sweet and juicy.
A few sugared orange slices are also included - and the fragrance blend becomes delicious - without being gourmand.

The peach rolls subtly in the background, accompanied by delicately bitter alpine violet.
The coconut milk acts as a light smoother and gives Fico creaminess.

A soft feel-good fragrance - not just for summer.

Quite unisex - and well wearable in everyday life - if one wants to evoke Italian moments.

In the first minutes, we have figs with orange, mango and coconut milk. Then, we take the whole fig tree on our skin, greener but sweet.

Sweet, milky, powdery and slightly feminine although I couldn't find the titular fig amongst the peaches, mangoes and coconuts.

Cheerful-summery, mature-not sweet, refined-simple. If I like a scent with coconut, fig, musk & three types of tone-on-tone fruit,...

Sweet, plump, juicy.
Fig on musky fluff that lasts forever.
You're not wearing perfume today, are you?
Nope, I just smell this good naturally.

A mixed, rather unsweet fruit platter soaked in musk milk. Unfortunately, I don't smell a "real" fig. Just synthetic fruits.

A delicious fruit salad with fig on a sweet coconut cream. The described pyramid is spot on for my nose. Not for the long haul.

Delicious juicy-sweet fig with a green undertone. Sunny, cheerful, and simply delightful. It has a clean musky finish and lasts a long time.
