Good mood guaranteed
Unless my background knowledge misleads me, Bon Parfumeur fragrances are created to be layered among each other. In itself not a bad idea, but it has something of a modular system and marketing buzz to make as much sales as possible.
The Spanish label Santi Burgas once tried a similar concept a good seven years ago with seven different perfumes that were named after such obscure names as Lôant, Lôbitt, Lôjazz, Lômusk, Lôrose, Lôtree and Lôvann. Although they consisted of different ingredients, it was possible to derive some of the names from where the olfactory journey was to lead. There was also an instruction which fragrances harmonize especially well with each other. I never tried it and found the individual perfumes mostly mixed together synthetically underground. Only according to these criteria I evaluated and so the creations failed me or rather had lost the desire to test them.
From the French label Bon Parfumeur, the selection of the individual fragrances is much larger with a total of 24 and in my experience more valuable, although this one, "Pomme Verte Muguet Poire", has received the most hits from the perfumos so far.
Certainly, there is a lot of artificiality in it, but for my taste it is absolutely acceptable, especially since I don't find the presence synthetic or unpleasant. What it says on it is actually perceptible: green apple - nice and crisp and fresh, lily of the valley - like on a summer meadow, pear - discreetly sweet and juicy. If you don't like that, you won't like the scent either. The other contents are very difficult to detect, if at all. But that's no problem, because "Pomme Verte Muguet Poire" radiates this certain positive energy, which you like to have around you on a hot summer day (yes, you like to have it at other seasons, too, but here is definitely summer, sun, carefree the undisputed topic).
The only thing I personally dislike a little bit is the dominance of lily of the valley, which reminds me of No. 5 by Chanel and makes the creation look a little too feminine. The apple is already quite full, but together with the pear it doesn't quite get there. But that's not tragic, because lily of the valley was mentioned in the name and you shouldn't be surprised.
All in all a simple but lovely summer scent, for all those who like it fruity with a proper floral accent. Definitely has its "good mood factor", as long as you keep your expectations relatively modest.
