Underrated

I found this fragrance in my father's closet and I was very pleasantly surprised. This scent is very aquatic-citrusy and fresh. I had personally never seen this perfume in a store. If you're chilling by the sea and sipping a smoothie, then you need this fragrance. Less suitable for teenagers.

Oh, what a little water!

I can't understand why this fragrance doesn't get more attention; it is absolutely fantastic to my nose! To me, it smells rather masculine.

The opening starts fresh; I suddenly find myself in a lemon grove, but I also smell something else, something herbal. You can already sense the cypress in the background, rounded off by a wonderfully subtle yet perceptible lavender and the magnificent juniper berry for me. In the dry down, the soft, woody notes emerge, with musk holding everything together and making it last beautifully.

My God, for me this is THE fragrance at the moment; on my husband's skin, it's magnificent, lasting about 7 hours. The sillage is pleasant, definitely suitable for meetings; no one will be overwhelmed, but the wearer will be well noticed. I see this fragrance in the office, but also on dates, clubbing, and when applied a bit more sparingly, in leisure time.

And the bottle! A simple bottle beautifully covered in blue "leather," with 1/5 of the bottle remaining transparent at the bottom, and a strong metal seal on the front.

I find the entire creation successful from start to finish; the scent is top-notch, and the bottle is unbelievably beautiful. I don't know if any scent will please me as much this year; we'll see. The year is still long.

Alcoholic in the opening with a ton of lemon. Its pretty zingy. I would wear this in the warmer months.

Gin without tonic, but with Sprite. A slice of lemon fits perfectly. Very fresh, develops a slight sweetness over time.

More green-Mediterranean than citrus-aquatic: I'm sipping a gin in the coniferous forest and the sun is shining. Reminds me a lot of Guess Man. H/S top.
