Astringent

A cool, zesty fresh scent, with woody notes in the drydown. In the top note, the pomelo takes center stage for my nose, followed by a creamy magnolia. I can't perceive the rose, while the base consists of cedar with a hint of musk, and very faintly some leather at the back/bottom.

At the moment, in warm temperatures, it's my favorite; the scent gives me a fresh start to the day and helps me center myself. The sillage is OK, and the longevity on clothing and hair is still noticeable after 10 hours, while on the skin, I would say it's finished after 6 hours. However, I have very dry skin and often don't apply lotion at the moment because it bothers me to slather it on in the morning with the hot temperatures.

That said, I really like this Vince Camuto a lot; if you're interested, also try the Homme Eau de Toilette - a more masculine scent, which I love on my husband.

No one really talks about the Vince Camuto brand in the German-speaking area. I believe it's worth exploring beyond the hype; you might be surprised.

I learned something new here - it’s actually called **astringent**. It’s usually accepted to keep found spelling mistakes, but in this case, I would have continued to be stuck in my **astringent** misconception - and that could have been embarrassing the next time I misused it.

Astringent, huh? You never know what you'll find.

Maybe a "d" is missing 😉. But I've never read that in relation to fragrances, especially since it's clearly meant in a positive way here. The world is colorful, and that's why we love it!
