Watery Apple
~ Inspiration ~
So far, I have only tested "Ocean" by Tom Tailor and subsequently ordered the 30ml bottle online, as it is no longer available in most drugstores. Now, I unexpectedly received a sample of "Speedlife".

~ Bottle ~
The curved round, ribbed shape immediately provides a recognizable value.

~ Scent ~
Upon application, I immediately catch a whiff of a fresh, green apple, with a hint of citrusy bergamot. Peach and watermelon unfortunately remain in the background. (Peony) roses and a bit of jasmine provide a subtle floral note. With sandalwood, vanilla, and a touch of vetiver, it concludes warmly.

~ Longevity ~
On my skin, it lasts only about 2-3 hours (a bit longer on clothing and hair). You can comfortably use several sprays, as it leaves a pleasantly fresh trace.

~ Occasion ~
A light, apple-aquatic summer fragrance that can also be great as an office scent if you want to smell lightly but not stand out.

~ Conclusion ~
I’m not really into apple scents… This one is too monotonous for me - fruity, but not sweet (the fruits are not yet ripe).

Beautifully fresh and very delicate - simply a pleasure to wear
For a long time, I searched for a fragrance that is absolutely unobtrusive. Especially now in summer, I often react quite sensitively to perfumes, and my husband does too. ;-) Speedlife is exactly such a light and very delicate scent.

The opening is predictably fruity, with peach and especially watermelon - hmmm - taking center stage. I love watermelon in fragrances. It gives the scent a very typical fresh, aquatic note that I really enjoy. My son, who has (still) absolutely no idea about fragrance pyramids and of course doesn't know this one, said to me: "Mom, your new perfume smells just like when Grandma cuts a very fresh apple, and it has a bit of a fizz" (bergamot). And I have to agree with him. Speedlife is a thoroughly delicate fragrance that doesn't overwhelm you with a whole fruit basket.

When the top note fades, which takes about half an hour, jasmine, peony, and rose should come to the fore. I don't smell much of that, except for a wonderfully fresh floral note, where a light and delicate peony dominates. The base also remains somehow fresh yet warm and soft, and above all, not sweet.

The longevity is truly not impressive; after 3 hours, most of it has already evaporated. What remains is a hint of unsweet (!) vanilla on the skin, which lingers for about another 2 hours. However, given the price, that's not too tragic.

All in all, Speedlife is a lovely fragrance, very fresh and light - ideal for sensitive noses and quite close to the skin. However, you really have to be a fan of such light scents, as that is definitely the case here. Unfortunately, it can now only be found online; it seems to have largely disappeared from stores. At least I haven't been able to spot it anywhere.

Even though it is a cheap drugstore scent - I simply like it and feel very comfortable with it. Since it is no longer being produced, I will probably stock up a little. For that, I don't even have to raid my bank account. ;-)

Refreshing
I had smelled this somewhere before and then jumped at the chance when the perfume was being sold off at Schlecker. Pure watermelon, at least at first. Very delicious. A few minutes later, I also smell apple and a hint of vanilla.
A fruity summer scent, appetizing, refreshing, if you like watermelon.

Unfortunately, it doesn't last very long, but for the price, you can reapply more often.
