My great love-hate relationship
I am dedicating my very first review to a very special fragrance: a fragrance that I happened to test in a perfumery in Baden-Baden and which captivated me. I bought a 100 ml bottle, used it a lot and gave it to my brother as a present after a while, as I grew to dislike it. About six months later I smelled the perfume again, it was just a whiff, carried on the wind... A day later, I left a perfumery with the white bottle. And a year later the story repeated itself, given away, regretted, bought again... I now have three 100 ml bottles (for fear that the fragrance would be discontinued). I only use the perfume sparingly, it is something special, extraordinary, everyday life is too good for this fragrance. I would immediately recognize Kouros from thousands of fragrances, it is a diamond among thousands of pebbles. You have to learn how to use it, it has to be well dosed, I take 1 spray and try not to press the sprayer all the way down. Well-dosed, Kouros is one of the most interesting and multifaceted perfumes that ever existed. Too much and the fragrance experience turns into the opposite for me, and believe me, there is a fine line between the two. You need experience and practice with this fragrance. In the meantime, I think that this fragrance also goes down well with younger people, especially as it is an absolute contrast to today's crowdpleasers. Someone who doesn't know the fragrance will be surprised at the unusual scent that envelops the wearer's radiant aura. And someone who knows the fragrance will smile with delight and radiate sympathy, because wearing the fragrance, especially as a young person, requires a certain amount of courage in this day and age, as Kouros is so different from all other perfumes. To this day it has remained a love-hate relationship, some days I can't stand the scent, sometimes it's too sweet for me (honey), sometimes it seems soapy, sometimes it's pungent... But most days I love it. Forever.

Summer can come
This is my summer fragrance for hot days, for quick refreshment. I don't want to exaggerate, but I would estimate that I have smelled over 100 different citrusy, citrus-fresh perfumes: They are often pungently citrusy or synthetically citrusy. In my opinion,...
