You can do it, but you don't have to
I bought the fragrance because I noticed it very positively on my best friend. He wore it frequently for a while and I found it pleasant.
However, since I have owned it myself, I can understand some of the negative comments. I also find the Y too synthetic on me and annoying in the long run. That's why I only use it very rarely now.
However, my environment reacts positively to the fragrance, which is why it could theoretically be used as an everyday fragrance. Provided you like to smell it yourself.
I also see it more as a fragrance for younger men under 20, e.g. as a fragrance for school/university.
Fragrance: I am not a fragrance expert. Very synthetic, sweet smell. Smell the apple. Could also be a more sophisticated fragrance for the car. Fragrance progression very linear.
Lasting power: lasts about 5 hours on my skin. Quite decent for a fragrance in this price range. And for me, for example, with a significantly better performance than a Bleu de Chanel edp.
Sillage: radiates well and creates a decent cloud of fragrance in the first few hours. Also smells better in the air than close to the skin.
Bottle: I find the bottle with the Y quite chic, but the black plastic lid looks cheap.
Value for money: if you like the fragrance itself, you get a decent fragrance for your money that is suitable as an everyday fragrance. As I mentioned, I see it being more popular with younger people.
