Green grass
My grandparensts had fig trees - I think they were brown turkey figs. My grandmother canned them in syrup. I do not remember the figs having a smell straight off the tree or a distinct smell in the kitchen. Historically, I have not liked fig fragrances. But I like this one - it is a very grassy green. And something else that I guess is fig.
