Idyll
In the bathroom of the lady of the castle stood a light blue perfume bottle on the windowsill. Next to an open blue fan. The windows were old, drafty, and rattled a bit. On a sunny spring morning, the light was pastel-colored, transparent. The typical light of Normandy that inspired the painters of Impressionism. Outside, countless birds were squawking in the castle park. Small violets bloomed on the lawn, where sheep were slowly munching away with their contented chewing sounds. In between, the lambs were hopping around, having their little lamb races.
A very idyllic scent, also a bit old-fashioned. The violet is very present. But is eventually replaced by iris. The floral scent becomes greener over time. Eau de Violette de Parme does not seem synthetic to me. RNC is the abbreviation for Recherche Nature Cosmétique, which is an eco-cosmetics and fragrance brand that belongs to Rancé.
Eau de Violette de Parme is more suitable for women, for shepherdesses and ladies of the castle who are currently staying in the countryside. For delicate and/or dreamy women. For women who use natural cosmetics. The scent becomes very close to the skin very quickly and certainly does not last long. Eau de Violette de Parme is perhaps only suitable for spring. I certainly cannot imagine it in winter. Not on men either. I just sprayed it on a family tester M, and it comes off a bit strange. As a sport to go with the scent, flower picking or lentil harvesting would be fitting. The good ones into the pot, and so on.
In Germany, this scent seems to be unavailable. I received a generous sample and will probably make do with it. Unfortunately, the idyllic moments are far too rare.
