Solid.
Speakeasy is a gentle, but enduring soft barbershop fragrance. It's smooth enough to calm your nerves, but aromatic and prickly enough to wake you up.
It has such a familiar trio of bergamot, lavender and sandalwood, that it smelled like an amalgamation of men's fragrances at once. Yet...it didn't remind me specifically of any one of them in particular.
It smells classically masculine (who cares though, wear what you like regardless of gender), but not *rugged*. It's cleanly musky, but the musk doesn't overtake the sandalwood, which I appreciate. The sandalwood, it bears noting, is not pickle-y as some can be.
It's quite versatile IMO, it could be an every day/every season staple.
