Sun-Bleached Jasmine
I blind-bought the travel size on sale from Sephora for about $15 dollars. I can see how people get sunscreen from this! But for me, Madie reminds me of Hindu temples I went to growing up and the jasmine incense sticks they burn inside them during aartis. I would love to wear this with some of my Indian clothes because I think the scent aligns really well with those vibes. I mostly smell jasmine and not much else. It's good, but I don't want to smell like this everyday, only on those special occasions.

a great pick for summer
I like this a lot -- it reminds me of sunscreen in a great way. Smells like being on the beach, the sun is shining, the vibes are good, there's the smell of sunscreen, salt, and sea in the air. The jasmine is there for sure, like if somewhere there's a jasmine plant blooming at the edge of an ocean beach, that's what this smells like.

sunscreen at your grandma's house
I don’t know how to feel about this one. I’m not the biggest fan of the summery sunscreen scents to begin with. If I wanted to smell like that I wouldn’t spend over $20 for a perfume. The initial spray is overpowering synthetic-esque spray sunscreen, which is I guess what the “sea spray” note it supposed to be. but I keep finding myself smelling my arm because there is something so comforting about it. As it settles, the jasmine start to bloom, and the combination of the medicinal opening and the dirty jasmine reminds me of my grandma’s house. After a few minutes there is a suggestion of something like coconut or vanilla, but the jasmine is the real star of the show. I got this as a sample and personally am not interested in using it again, but maybe farther into summer I’ll reach for it again when I’m feeling nostalgic.

Coconut oil beach in a bottle
I think I found a new favorite summer perfume! Madie is a subtly sweet, light coconut blend that has a hint of florals. I can smell the coconut front and center, with wafts of salt, vanilla and jasmine. I don’t know what spindrift is, but it’s supposed to be in there, too.

It’s quite the delicious smell and wearing it in January makes me want to head to the beach today. So nice and comforting, youthful. Brings back great childhood memories! I want to bathe in it!

This one is worth the buy—but don’t get confused and think you applied sunscreen when you haven’t or you’ll get sunburned!

Sillage is good, so is longevity. Price point low. Great value!

Sweet dirty jasmine is almost all I get from this, no coconut or vanilla unfortunately. It's a no from me.

Fresh, aquatic, very summery fragrance that brings me straight to the beach. It’s not overpowering—just right.

All I get is loud screechy jasmine from this unfortunately and nothing else. If you love strong white florals maybe you will enjoy this.

How unpleasant. Stuffy air freshener scent of some floral something. It makes me cough.

Madie bathes in sweet sunscreen before jumping into the pool. Synthetic coconut with vanilla scent + floral sprinkles. Well.

This is a soft aquatic without sharp, distracting notes. Gently floral with a non-sweet hint of coconut. Beautiful, carefree beach days.

Smells somewhat medicinal, very floral, piercing.
