Oh no, momonic herbs again
That's what I thought when I sprayed it on and had to roll my eyes when the now yawning aura of the green Pura Xerjoff reached my nose.
Admittedly, the fruitiness and power inevitably bring to mind the Erba Pura association, but hold on a minute, there's much more to it than that.
Directly on the skin, I smell nothing of the scent notes mentioned. There is more of a biting pear, sour passion fruit and sunny lemons. About half an hour later, flowers join in, the fragrance becomes brighter and more feminine, at least to my nose, and I can even detect a fruity creaminess.
I can imagine that the bitterness comes from the duo of saffron and yellow barberry, which is known for its pungent smell, but I have never smelled the blossom in fragrances before.
Towards the end, I get something sugary and waxy, which also gives me a slight 540 vibe, probably because of the combination with saffron. Hours later, fine woods gently round off the olfactory experience.
I don't own the Xerjoff and probably wouldn't need to buy it now, because the French Kiss is very similar to it in terms of DNA and still a very nice fragrance, it lasts and lasts, radiates hard on the edge of pleasantness and is very much on a par with its Italian garden friend.
Before anyone gets the idea, I don't think it's a twin.
A bright fruity fragrance, unisex in my opinion or slightly feminine, with very good performance, anyone can wear it except those who get allergic or other all kinds of reactions or frustrations just by hearing the name Erba Pura.
The Traveller will probably last me for all eternity, but for the ladies who like to wear Erba Pura, it's definitely worth testing.
And what about you, have you tested other fragrances from Bybozo? Thank you for reading my review and best regards
