One of the Most Interesting Milk Scents
Yesterday at the CAEA + WOODBERG event, I immediately fell in love with this fragrance :)

The scent smells just as the story behind it foretold - warm rice pudding with mango on the old leather couch of my grandparents.

At first, it is a very heavy fragrance that truly makes the entire environment smell like you, then in the drydown it becomes creamy, sweet, and simply well-rounded.

In terms of performance, it’s a real long-lasting scent, and the sillage is really top-notch.

I’m very excited to wear this fragrance.

Disappointing
Unfortunately, it smells almost exclusively of oud on me. At first, there's a hint of mango, but after a few seconds, the oud becomes super dominant and the rather sour mango is almost gone.
With the name and other reviews here, I had imagined a more fruity and creamy scent, milky mango and rather sweet cream/vanilla. Maybe my idea of the perfume was just completely different, but I was unfortunately quite disappointed. :/ What a shame!

Mango Milk on Wooden Board
I ordered the fragrance. I usually don't like oud because it feels too masculine to me. However, I didn't expect what would come out with the other notes. I sprayed the fragrance around 11 o'clock, and now it's 8 PM, and it smells just as strong as at the beginning. At first, it has a very strong woody mango scent... after a few minutes, this vibe changes to a lighter spicy mango milk blend. It reminds me of Panaco Tahaa but more of an adult version of it. It's powerful and not too sweet, yet soft and creamy. Very well done with amazing sillage and longevity.

Burnt Vanilla Up Front
Somehow, I was misled by the name "Milky Mango Wood."
I was expecting a soft, milky, creamy mango served on a wooden platter.
What I got was a initially juicy, but quite charred fruit in a natural leather bag.
Shortly after the first spray, the mango is very present. Unfortunately, not for very long. It is quickly replaced by leather, oud, and burnt vanilla.
In the drydown, it becomes milder, and the vanilla and smoke balance each other out.
However, the mango is long forgotten, milk was never there, and cream is at most just a hint.
Overall, an interesting scent, just very different from what I expected.

Mango and Sandalwood
The scent begins with a fruity, but not sweet, rather synthetic mango. Quickly, the fragrance transforms into a cool sandalwood milk.
The fragrance enhancer "Burned Vanilla" reminds me of a small incense cone made of frankincense. "Soft Wood" smells to me like pure sandalwood. I would wear both solo as well.

Milk, mixed with
sweet-synthetic mango syrup.
Subtly woody on the edge,
shallowly bitter at the core.
I have to pass.

The concept could have appealed to me. Unfortunately, I can't smell anything because Ambrocenide overshadows everything.

Smells like a vacation in Thailand. Mango Sticky Rice + wood. So far the best mango note for me.

For me, the better Musk Therapy. Creamy mango lassi with a touch of vanilla cream and a hint of spice. Love it!

Sweet-woody scent with vanilla and sandalwood in focus, mango and milk subtly but clearly noticeable in the background.

I wish I could smell a milky mango, but unfortunately all I get is a stinky oud-/wild leather note :(

It's summer & stuffy in the car.
A mango air freshener hangs from the mirror.
The smell of the leather seats fills my nose.
I get a headache.

Very woody, creamy vanilla with a hint of smoke and a subtle mango that spreads softly. Great composition!

Very synthetic, Ambrocenide from all directions. More mango and less Ambrocenide would have improved the scent in my opinion.
