A difficult one

It smells like industrial laundry and hot cocoa milk all together mixed with a touch of Sora Dora's Mallow. It makes me feel nauseous.
It has also a touch a baby vomit, like in an American chocolate bar.
I hate it on me and also on everyone else.
Not for a blind purchase, not for the office, note for a date, and be careful with people around you, they might want to avoid you if you overspray.

Edit : I feel the need to add something, don't misunderstand me, Sora Dora Mallow might be related, it is SO MUCH better !

Beautiful warm and sweety scent

It's been on my wishlist for a while. It is a sweet cuddle that you will never want to stop smelling. I don't like sweet perfumes but this one is an exception, gorgeous and hypnotic.Tuberose and jasmine very much balance the sweet part given by the milky notes, ambrette seeds and tonka bean and vanilla. The incense is not perceptible but perhaps it serves to give to greater persistence to the fragrance. Durability and silage above average. Superb, I consider it unisex tending a bit feminine. Must have absolutely

TikTok might doom our nostrils

First, I love liquides imaginaires, I have a bunch of favorite from this house and I admire their creativity. But this one has been everywhere on TikTok and any social media plateforme, and this is was more sickening than the juice itself.
So yes it’s soft and creamy, the craft of the bottle is wonderful, the imaginary behind too (which girl didn’t like unicorn) But if we talk as adult, who wants to be drenched in concentrated coconut milk ? Like from time to time I can understand but everyday would be sickening. For me it smells exactly like the conditioner I was using many years ago (OGX coconut conditioner, don’t recommend by the way). I believe that this one is a victim of virality, and I’m afraid a lot people have fallen into the commercial talking of believing this fragrance was for them. Who can pull Blanche bête at the work place without triggering gag reflexes from at least a few colleague ?
(Pregnant women and coconut haters beware !)

Anyway, if you like it and don’t push it on other people, peace, kisses on you, and enjoy it

Unearthly purity

It smells like Raffaello sweets, creamy white flowers, a warm and tender belly of a kitten, blinding sterile cleanliness and snow crunching underfoot. There are associations with a white smokescreen and angel wings.

Sweet lactone-vanilla notes have a calming effect on me, but at the same time there is something disturbing, mystical in this fragrance. I think it's an emasculated, crystal clear incense.

This is an impressive scent.

Creamy coconut milk and white florals steeped in milk

I received Blanche Bête as a surprise decant when I bought a few decants from a trusted Facebook fragrance seller. I had heard about this perfume all over social media, but never thought I'd get the chance to test it out. Well, here I am!

At first sniff, I get this voluptuous, creamy and decadent coconut (no sunscreen) milk. Coconut isn't even in the notes listed, but I swear to God this is what I'm getting (even my boyfriend said the same). It's comforting, soothing and calming. A scent I'd wear to bed for its cozy feeling. There's also a dusty, almost powdery cocoa (or tonka) facet that moves the scent towards vanilla without ever going completely there (yet!). Ambrette might be the culprit for a sharper sting at the edge of the perfume which made me think of a synthetic undertone. Thankfully it doesn't last long. After awhile, the coconut aspect recedes a bit and we're met with a bath full of milk where white florals have been steeping for a while. It's giving a luxurious soak, like a very rich woman has taken a long bath in the most expensive milk and freshest white florals. Creamy tuberose, powdery jasmine and a freshness that probably comes from the Mahonial. It ends up becoming more vanilla as the time passes with warmth coming from the tonka beans.

It's a very soothing and calming perfume that could be worn during warmer weather as well as colder days. I see myself wearing this one to bed for its soothing aspect. Feels almost maternal in a certain way. I'll be using my decant until it's very last drop and cherishing every sniff I get from it. I don't think it'll be making it in my collection as I'm not a fan of powdery perfumes that much, but it's definitely one of the best coconut and lactonic perfume I've smelled.
