A cozy creamy floral hug

I absolutely love the idea of a lactonic scent, but I find a lot of them fail to produce such a pleasant experience along with it. Maybe they are too sweet or too literal. But Blanche Bête isn’t that it is just a creamy milky scent. It is paired so beautifully with these soft white florals. Making this a very cozy white t shirt scent with a heaviness that feels more like a light hug than something dark and heavy ir sticky. It really is such a masterpiece and will always be in my collection. If you love creamy soft floral scents, then this is a no brainer.

White garden on the Moon

Artificial but artsy,
Blanche but Bête.

Irritatingly alluring masterpiece. It´s sweet milky floral - but with futuristic twist which makes it way harder to digest. And also way more original. I can´t admire it as a wearer, I can admire it as an olfactory art.

Blanche Bête feels like floating in the jasmin garden on the misty morning. But the garden is on the Moon, it´s artificial but kinda perfect in it´s unusual way.

It´s papery, it´s ricy, it´s coconuty - non of these are listed but they are so agressively present. Tonka is a perfect base for this irritating airy white cloud, with vanilla it adds gourmant familiar roundness. I can see also waffels with vanilla whipped cream and some cocoa on the top.

It´s really strong, many can find it offensive. You have to have determined attitude to wear it. Otherwise Blanche Bête will wear you ;)

I wanted to love this so bad! I even added it to my wish list blindly because it sounded like the most exquisite milky fragrance. If it wasn't for the fact that I got a sample from a trusted website I would've thought I was scammed.

As soon as I sprayed it on it smelled like the inside of my old aunt's car. It is so harsh and strong, and it even smells heavily synthetic to me. I don't get the creaminess nor the milk at all, just very strong vintage florals, powder and plastic. Dry down isn't as bad but it's still not soft and milky like I was expecting. As fan of lactonics I feel disappointed.

TikTok might doom our nostrils

First, I love liquides imaginaires, I have a bunch of favorite from this house and I admire their creativity. But this one has been everywhere on TikTok and any social media plateforme, and this is was more sickening than the juice itself.
So yes it’s soft and creamy, the craft of the bottle is wonderful, the imaginary behind too (which girl didn’t like unicorn) But if we talk as adult, who wants to be drenched in concentrated coconut milk ? Like from time to time I can understand but everyday would be sickening. For me it smells exactly like the conditioner I was using many years ago (OGX coconut conditioner, don’t recommend by the way). I believe that this one is a victim of virality, and I’m afraid a lot people have fallen into the commercial talking of believing this fragrance was for them. Who can pull Blanche bête at the work place without triggering gag reflexes from at least a few colleague ?
(Pregnant women and coconut haters beware !)

Anyway, if you like it and don’t push it on other people, peace, kisses on you, and enjoy it

A difficult one

It smells like industrial laundry and hot cocoa milk all together mixed with a touch of Sora Dora's Mallow. It makes me feel nauseous.
It has also a touch a baby vomit, like in an American chocolate bar.
I hate it on me and also on everyone else.
Not for a blind purchase, not for the office, note for a date, and be careful with people around you, they might want to avoid you if you overspray.

Edit : I feel the need to add something, don't misunderstand me, Sora Dora Mallow might be related, it is SO MUCH better !
