Calypso Chèvrefeuille Calypso St. Barth / Christiane Celle

In the top note I am perceiving about 20 minutes a very slight whiff of honeysuckle. When I was a child we children used to pick up the blossoms of honeysuckly bushes on the borders of forests. We were smelling the honeylike scent and we were suckling the nectar out of the small openings of the tiny holes of the small cornets at the bottom of the blossom. It tasted sweet and like the smell, flowerish and honeylike.
The only fragance which smells authentically like honeysuckle ist "Chevrefeuille" of Melvita and in the past: Honeysuckle by Avon. Until now I did not yet smell real honeysuckle scent in any different perfume.
And that is initially the case with "Calypso Chevrefeuille".
"Calypso Chevrefeuille" ist starting out of a hint of honeysuckle with an almost acrid note like galbanum, fougérè, green.
After a certain time "Calypso Chevrefeuille" is going to change to a more jasmine and neroli dominated scent. And is not quite loosing the green notes which are now no longer acrid but tangy and creamy.
And then "Calypso Chevrefeuille" is dimming down and now there is the original scent of honeysuckle I remember still, gentle, sweet, a whiff of honey, transparent and intriguing for me. Now it is one of the scents which let me thinking back to my childhood nostagically.
