Lovely Sweet Dreams DIME 2020

I really enjoy Lovely Sweet Dreams more than I thought I would. Vanilla-centric fragrances aren't usually something I gravitate towards because they tend to be very heavy and smell a bit 1 note in my opinion. But the top notes here really lighten this one up and give it a fresh lift while still allowing it to keep that cozy vibe we often associate with vanilla scents. This is well balanced enough for me to wear during any season for a wide range of scenarios. I like this a lot!

I sprayed this on and it smelled a lot like what Soft Serve was trying to do, sans strawberry. It's sweet and creamy and to be completely honest I started dozing off some time after I sprayed it on, right about the time I realized this is something I would wear to bed. I have a tester kit with this and a few other DIME fragrances and this is the third I've tried and so far I think it's my favorite purely because it doesn't have super harsh openings like 7 Summers and "I Love Your Smell, Baby | DIME".
