A rose for all occasions
I originally bought this after smelling the Rose 31 body lotion at a hotel, and to me it smelled pretty much the same. I’ve easily used half the bottle and have tested it side by side with Rose 31 and they’re pretty darn close. There might be subtle differences, but if you’re not on a Le Labo budget this is an excellent option.
It’s a softly spiced dry woody rose, that I think can be appreciated by rose lovers and people who generally don’t enjoy rose. Although some people dislike the cumin note, I don’t find it to smell sweaty or dirty at all. Honestly this feels very clean to me. It works for any season and is elegant enough for date night but also works for the office.
