Metallic Resin

A really gorgeous, golden glow of a scent. It feels like sitting on a metallic cabana on the moon. Gold mixed with cold air, fire, and warm skin. It's very luxurious and uplifting, with a hint of sweetness to it. There's a softening element as well but it's certainly not humid or balmy. It's quite crisp and sharp even with all of the warmth. If you like cosy and spicy wooden fragrances this is worth giving a go.

Rapturous

Slightly acidic, floral, incense, leather-animalic that somehow manages to smell like someone has tossed a handful of gold dust into a ray of sunlight. Apparently inspired by an episode of Dr Who, but it always make me visualise the scene in Paul Schrader's Mishima, where the golden pavilion suddenly swings open and you get this burst of rapturous music from the Philip Glass score.
