"Rose Oud", but floral black tea
Dukkan is inspired by a real flavour, and the fragrance reflects that grounded simplicity.
It’s essentially a rose oud composition, but with unexpectedly refined detailing.
Tobacco adds a dry, textured character, while a honeyed rose softens and balances the dryness.
Because the concept is black tea, the use of oud is clever:
black tea carries floral, fruity sweetness and the scent of dried leaves — facets shared by juhi, oud, and tobacco.
The result is a “black tea” built through an rose oud frame.
It opens tart and airy, then gradually becomes honeyed rose and warm over a dry, animalic-musk base, with a soft, mist-like texture — of course, supported by a dry, woody foundation of oud and tobacco.
Simple on the surface, but quietly sophisticated.
