Professional scent

A white floral, citrusy, musky scent. Very slight sweetness and spiciness, and also a bit fresh. Nicely balanced, but the florals are too sharp for me. Smells very 'put-together' and professional to me. Rather strong, but not exactly long-lasting.
Very cute bottle though. It reminds me of 60's mod designs or something from the late 90s, early 2000's futuristic space age. But the smell is probably more 60's than 90s/00s.

Scent with drive

Today I had to check again in the English department store, because there I am smelling fragrances that I have not encountered before
You cannot test there - so you have to rely on your instinct.

So the title :" French Connection" only reminded me of the thriller of the same name, in which Gene Hackman fights his way through all adversities without his funny hat slipping.
The fast-paced film was exciting in any case.

But Wiki taught me that French Connection is a British fashion label.
I suspected as much.

Even if the fragrance does not give me a " thrill ", it has a certain drive.
The citric prelude has an invigorating effect and has momentum.
Neroli makes F appear cool and clear and goes well with the aquatic mandarin.
The cedar is bright and light - accompanied by smooth, shiny musk.

A round, harmonious fragrance in which all ingredients harmonize well.

The round, beautifully shaped flacon completes the pleasant overall impression.

A quite worthwhile blind purchase at a very fair price.

I will search the net for the film of the same name
