Balanced fresh tobacco with spicy and sweet nuances
My second try of Galleria Parfums (curated by Ashton of Gents Scents) is Victorian Tobacco, a fresh, herbaceous, semi-spicy tobacco scent that boasts of sophistication with a very pleasant, semi-masculine blend that features notes of gin and tonic, juniper, geranium, clary sage, tonka, guaiac, vanilla, and of course, tobacco itself.

I do not consider it to be a “sweet tobacco” fragrance as it’s only semi-sweet, nor is it overly heady or sharp; it feels very well-rounded and carefully thought out, perhaps not an easy winner for everyone but certainly a nod to those that enjoy tobacco-centric fragrances.

I think this is a great offering, easily a men’s signature scent that can be worn throughout most of the year (perhaps not on a very hot day) and through a variety of situations. It dresses up very well while still being comforting and reasonably easy to wear.

I believe it’s only for sale via the company website, at $205 for 100ml, just over $2/ml, a fair price for what smells like a high-quality scent that balances wearability, sophistication, performance, and inventiveness.

Wtf is this
I have blind bought all 7 Galleria fragrances and this is my 5th review. Up top I get a strong black licorice and that's it. Screechy as hell. Hard to get into this fragrance for me. After half hour or so, it calms down a little and I can see the tobacco leaf but that licorice never let's up. As it dries it does grab a slight sweetness but that licorice has scarred me by this point. I will say it is unique but that's a good thing because I wouldn't want another version of this. By far the least favorite of mine in a solid line so far.

Dry-Sour Apple-Tobacco Scent
The YouTuber Ashton Kirkland from the channel "Gents Scents" is the Creative Director of the currently available seven fragrances from Galleria Perfumes. According to his own statement, he wanted to create a tobacco scent that moves away from the fruity-sweet mainstream tobacco fragrances. I actually perceive this scent as quite unique.

It opens very zesty fresh with the apple, which will remain dominant throughout the entire scent progression alongside the tobacco, exuding more sour than sweet notes. The apple is mixed with a dry-alcoholic gin and tonic juniper note. The spicy notes support the rather strong sour-dry opening.

Relatively quickly, the second dominant note of the fragrance appears with the tobacco. The sour apple and the tobacco remain distinctly present throughout the rest of the scent development. The zesty top notes are now cushioned by the woods of the heart notes, which, together with the slightly earthy patchouli, give the whole composition some depth.

The notes in the base then form a somewhat softer foundation. However, the scent never becomes sweet, never velvety, but rather remains rather bitter and dry, perhaps even a bit aggressive.

The main role, as mentioned above, is played by the tobacco-apple combination. Overall, an interesting scent that is quite unusual for me, moving away from mainstream paths. However, I find it a bit too bitter and sour for my taste.

Why is this classified as fresh and fruity? Smells like menthol and burnt tobacco.

My 2nd venture into Galleria and it's a little disappointing. The fragrance isn't bad but there's a not that's offputting to me

Absolute niche tobacco. Not for weak noses. There's a risk that only the wearer will appreciate it. Rather masculine. I like it a lot!

Strong stuff. Ethereal green-resinous tobacco with a rich punch of woody and earthy notes. Very quirky, but also uniquely beautiful.

A beautiful and especially fresh tobacco scent. Smells different from what you usually know about tobacco fragrances, so not sweet! H+S is fine.
