Tonka Sweetness and Delicate Flowers
The Tonka Nube by Insolitum Odores is a very pleasing all-rounder. A beautiful everyday scent or also suitable for special occasions. Personally, I would categorize it more for autumn and winter, but it is also wearable all year round.

At the start, it is cozy warm and pleasantly sweet, not too strong but noticeable and never unpleasant, as the floral notes somewhat tame the sweetness.

The opening with the fougère lavender and bergamot starts the fragrance off well. Comfortably pleasant.

Quickly, spice comes into play with the cinnamon and nutmeg, but it also takes on a somewhat feminine aspect through the rose. Not too dominant but noticeable.

The tonka bean, together with the amber and vanilla, rounds off the creation nicely.

The scent is never "too strong" or overpowering. It envelops the body like a warm floral praline.

In terms of DNA, it may not be new but is creatively executed.

Unfortunately, like with another fragrance, the performance is what doesn't really convince me. It lasts on my skin for only about 2 hours.

It is a great scent.

Tonka Bean with Floral Facets and Nutmeg
Tonka Nube is a truly beautiful tonka bean fragrance. It is relatively intense, but other notes ensure that it is not a pure tonka bean scent.
Especially in the initial phase, there is a hint that stands out here and there.

The fragrance starts in the very first seconds with a note that seemed familiar to me. Shaghaf Oud Tonka by Swiss Arabian briefly crossed my mind.
I love that scent, and for that reason, I found this note very, very pleasant.
However, after a few seconds, you can definitely feel noticeable differences. Thus, they are no longer comparable as the fragrance develops.

The tonka bean from the base is indeed relatively intense, as it is recognizable from the very beginning.
Additionally, there are a few floral nuances and the nutmeg spice. You have to like that. I quite enjoy it, but I can imagine that it may not appeal to everyone.

Over time, the floral facets noticeably recede, and the tonka bean gets even more of a chance to present itself.
This wonderfully sweet, slightly nutty character of the tonka bean is always delightful.
Additionally, the amber accord gains strength. The vanilla is very subdued, and otherwise, there is indeed something sweet in the direction of sugar. Very nice.

The first phase of the fragrance is lovely, but I definitely prefer the dry down.
If it were a linear progression of the dry down in this case, I would even rate it higher.

The longevity for me is about eight hours. The projection is also perfectly fine.
Unisex? Definitely!

Tonka-Rose-Lavender
The fresh, herbal coolness of lavender meets the sweet warm depth of tonka bean, while the rose lies in between, soft & floral, never overwhelming. The rose is very smooth and stays in the background.
It opens clean and calming, almost meditative, before slowly unfolding a sensual warmth. A powdery vanilla with a dark sweetness: tonka! Creamy warm, more modern than opulent. Nothing stands out here, neither the lavender nor the rose! Like a walk in the garden in the evening.

Tonka Nuke
A creamy-soft lavender meets a good portion of tonka bean - this is the best way to describe the core of this fragrance. The lavender note is surprisingly calm and gentle, completely devoid of the often present soapiness or piercing "sharpness." Instead, it creates an inviting, almost soothing opening.

Beneath it lies a sugared bergamot, which gives the fragrance a light citrus freshness. It ensures that the transition to the warm, vanillic base is smooth. The tonka bean is very prominent here, and with its typical blend of vanilla, it creates a sweet but not sticky depth that lingers long and is very harmoniously integrated.
The name: Tonka Nuke, would also be fitting and by no means exaggerated.

Overall, the fragrance is very balanced - nothing pushes itself to the forefront, everything is finely woven together. The longevity and sillage are also convincing, without being overwhelming.

What makes it particularly interesting is its versatility: it works just as well on warm summer evenings as it does on an autumn day.

Conclusion:
A successful fragrance for anyone who enjoys soft lavender. The combination with sweet tonka bean and a fine vanilla base feels modern, cozy, and very wearable - regardless of the season.

Wonderfully balanced interplay of lavender/spices and oriental tonka-vanilla sweetness. Pleasantly good, but not overwhelming.

As a gourmand, surprisingly soft and subtle. It feels familiar, but I can't quite pin down the memory.

For me, the most beautiful in the line.
Amber rose drizzled with sugar in the middle of a lavender field.

Rose Lavender Tonka, perfect for the cold season. And I don't find it as sweet as the notes suggest.
